Dragon VP4 Plus ialah pengecas dan penganalisis bateri teratas Xtar dengan kadar pengecasan maksimum 2A pada dua slot luar dan maksimum sistem 1A untuk kesemua 4 slot. Penganalisis bateri terbina dalam boleh menyahcas dan mengecas semula bateri yang memaparkan kapasiti yang dinyahcas dan dicas. Petunjuk ujian terbina dalam akan mengukur rintangan dalaman dalam bateri serta memaparkan voltan. Output USB dan port pengecas khusus 11.1V 3S untuk pek lipo menjadikan ini salah satu pengecas berciri paling banyak yang kami bawa.
